You do the work. We finish the build.
We will not promise you a specific revenue number, because no honest program can. Here is what we will promise instead. If you attend your live sessions, complete your assignments on schedule, and your system is still not live and working by the time your cohort ends, we keep building with you until it is, at no extra cost.
And if you change your mind early, you are covered. Full refund within 7 days of registration, as long as your tech audit call has not yet happened. We even absorb the processing fees. Your client data is always yours, and always exportable if you ever leave.

Does this make me a vet or let me diagnose?
No, and that boundary is taught explicitly. You learn grooming related observation, structured wellness assessment, and recommendations, with and without products. You observe, educate, and refer. You never diagnose, treat, or replace veterinary care.
How much time does it take each week?
One live session per week, plus a practical assignment you complete with dogs you are already grooming. Sessions are recorded if you cannot make one live, though assignments stay on schedule to keep you eligible for the final case review.
Do I have to build any of the tech myself?
No. It starts with a one on one tech audit where we map how your salon runs today and what you actually need. We build around it. The goal is a live, working system by the time your credential is issued.
What if I already use booking software I am locked into?
Bring it to the audit. Sometimes the right move is building around what already works and migrating you later when your contract is up. Nothing gets wasted, and nothing breaks.
Do I have to sell products to make this work?
No. An entire week is dedicated to proving the consultation carries value with no product attached. Products are an option, never the requirement.
Will I make my investment back?
We cannot promise that, and we will not. What we can show you is honest early data from one founding salon, and back it with our completion promise: you do the work, we finish your build.
What does it cost after the founding price?
Your first 3 months of the Era support membership are included from registration. After that it continues at $297 per month and covers all ongoing tech maintenance. You can cancel anytime, and we release your systems to you so nothing is lost.
What happens right after I enroll?
You get a confirmation with your cohort start date, your session schedule, and your onboarding materials, and we book your tech audit in the first days after you join.
